How many ATG heavyweights do you think there have been? Because your criteria of having to beat an undefeated ATG is hard to pull off. There have only ever been your answer to the above question, minus one. "Wins over reigning champions..." Well, you can only ever do this once. Unless your criteria rewards fighters for losing, as that is the only way they can again beat a reigning champion. I think "wins over past, present, and future champions" is a much better barometer.
