When Mosley flung Floyd, Bayless seperated them, told Shane to keep it clean, then said "here we go" and motioned them together. He didn't say box like a certain poster on here incorrectly claims he has to. Shane came out and wanted to talk and got popped in the mouth. Bayless didn't do anything because Shane should've been fighting not chit chatting. The commentators acknowldeged this. Everybody understood that it the fight was live.

Here you clearly see Cortez say let's go, and motion them together, just like Bayless.

That means that the fight was live, and Ortiz should've have protected himself. He didn't and got knocked out. Nothing cheap about KOing a man legally in a boxing man who just maliciously and illegally headbutted you.

Bayless had control of that situation. Different.

GOTTA KNOW THE RULES OF THE SPORT...YOU DONT SEE FOOTBALL PLAYERS STOPPING A PLAY CUZ THEY ARE IN QUESTION OF A RULE...DONT SEE BASKETBALL PLAYERS SAYING "WAIT UP HOLD UP" AFTER A FOUL.....

ORTIZ GOT HIS A$$ KNOCKED CUZ HE GOT "LAZY AND DUMB" IN THE RING.

Ref didn't expect mayweather to come in swinging. Neither did Ortiz. Oopsie! They are both in the wrong. Floyd's not, it was a boxing fight. Buncha pussies on here, no honor involved, Ortiz just threw that out the window and got hit with karma to the chin

no **** sherlock. The point is that in both situations, when the ref said lets' go and waived them in, that the fight was live and you have to protect urself at all times.

Anybody arguing that the punch wasn't legal is clueless and anybody arguing it wasn't a cheap shot is just as dumb :deal Floyd was gonna win anyway though.

  9. protect yourself at all times means exactly that.

People make up rules just to say why they don't like Floyd Mayweather. A pot smoker was at the fight telling me that Floyd's punch was against the rules while he was rolling a J lmao. I guess what you're doing is legal lmao
