Roy was still in his prime in those early LHW years, and I wouldn’t have bet on Artur catching him.

 

Artur has done absolutely nothing in his career for anyone to believe that he’d have destroyed Hopkins and Toney.

Regarding Dariusz, it was Universum who would never meet with the appropriate people.

But he was still a HW, and a guy who’d certainly have been a top 5 win for Artur, if not top 3.


Nobody knowledgeable would have seen this as being a very easy fight for Roy.

Artur is obviously a great fighter.

 

Artur’s legacy is built on a win against Bivol, who many think that he was lucky to have beaten.

It would also have been a tough stylistic match up for Artur.

He isn’t huge, he isn’t fast, and he’s easy to hit.

Bivol wasn’t as fast as Roy, and look at his game plan and his success.

Yes, Artur is past his best, but I don’t see that fight playing out any differently, against any version of Artur.

 

Gvozdyk is his best win.

 

I repeat, Artur has only beaten 10 world level fighters in his entire career, with 8 of those being B to C level guys.
