I acknowledged the difference in longevity in the post and you wrote an entire post about longevity. Hill beat Maske and Tiozzo. The rest of the names require a bunch of talking up and selective reasoning. Stevenson at 41 was better than Tiozzo and Gvoz was already beating guys who were at least as good as Hill's fodder.

Well I think longevity counts for alot Gvodyzk basically gave up after his first loss Hill bounced back from defeat you're comparing a guy who made 1 title defence to a guy who made 20 title defences there's something wrong with that logic.

You sure do put alot of stock into that win vs 41 year old Adonis Stevenson.

As for selective reasoning ? Well tell me about Gvozdyk's resume then outside of the Stevenson win ?

My man....Roy was a brilliant, generational talent before there were credible accusations/suspicions of foul play.

Likewise, while I take a backseat to no one in my disgust with Floyd fans, he was as naturally gifted a fighter as any we've seen over the last 25-30 years.

Don't let anti-American sentiment prejudice your normally straightforward commentary.

I believe the accusations came around the time he was at light heavyweight? I might be wrong but thought it was relevant when talking about Jones v Beterbiev at 175. Oh I agree Floyd was a brilliant fighter he put in the hard work and had the talent its a shame that the younger generation of fighters interpret what he did differently they all want to be the undefeated highly paid A side without paying their dues.
Apologies if I come across anti American but it mainly seems to be the American fans trying to discredit Beterbiev.

Instead of trying to be smart and typing a message full of drivel, you could quickly Google Beterbiev peds and you will find proof of a test showing extra high levels of hormones

Of course it was brushed under the carpet, but it's as much proof as RJJ was juicing which was the point of my original post

Prime Jones Jr. Is the best or at least top 3 best fighter of all time. Had he retired after heavyweight people would view him way different.

Beterbiev has slowed down significantly compared to three years ago. However, he beat Bivol. Just imagine if he were in his prime.

Jones' LHW record: 21-6, 12 stoppage wins.

Pro Jones lost for the first time at 28 and was KO'd for the first time at 35.

His best wins at LHW are Tarver and Griffin, who have a record of 3-2 against him.

A-side superstar Jones didn't fight abroad until he was 40+, perhaps due to being robbed in Seoul as an amateur.

Jones last fought at 175 at 41 against Hopkins, another reason why the weight drained excuse isn't plausible.

With his Ripped Fuel absolutely. Roy also got ruined at LHW against Tarver and Johnson...

Brook also fought at 147 against Crawford 4 years after he faced GGG at 160 and 3 years after he faced Spence back at 147. That doesn't mean he wasn't badly affected by jumping up to 160 and draining back to 147.
