There I must respectfully disagree. I will respect a score card where the person scoring the fight had a different take on it to me. However I will not respect a scorecard that bears no relation to the events that took place in the ring.
The ref saved Fury's career when Wilder knocked him down in the 1st fight. As for the thread, yes Vitali is only marginally better or roughly equivalent to Wilder in terms of achievements. Vitali is the more well rounded and threatening fighter in terms of overall ability/h2h, but not by a lot.
If we're being brutally honest, no, Peter and Sanders are not a whole lot better than Ortiz and Stiverne whether we're talking resume or ability.
No they are not. Samuel Peter and Stiverne are fairly close in ability and careers. Both filled a similar niche in their eras as big, slow, ponderous clubbers. I would actually argue Stiverne had better fundamentals than Peter, but Peter hit a little harder and was better at throwing combinations. Same with Ortiz and Sanders. Pretty comparable. I would say Sanders was slightly more talented and had the better signature win over a young Wladmir, Ortiz was more technically sound and stronger. There really isn't a whole let separating them.
Stiverne gets sold short. There weren't that many guys his size who had that combo of being tough and technically sound. This content is protected
