What are some fun, competitive or interesting fights that ended within 5-6 rnds? Why? I’m showing one to a class and don’t have time for a fight that lasts much longer.

If you want to teach them about fear and how to deal with it...may I reccomend this one I mention this quite a bit Hop vs Hakkar. At one point Hakkar tries to get the ref to stop the fight...But he won't. Commentators said it was the 1st time a fight was stopped by the promoter. Not corner, ref, or doctor.
