Compilation Thread of Translated Interviews & Technical Breakdowns

Hey guys, my last final is today, so I'll be posting up a translation of Juan Manuel Marquez's review of his fight on tape with TV Azteca, along with his breakdown of some recent fights. Sorry for the wait; I've been wanting to post some for a while but I was swamped with work.

 

Decided the TV Azteca one was a lot more conversational and less intriguing, so I did the most recent episode if Golpe A Golpe where they have Cotto visiting. The rest of the episode was really good, but the part where they discuss Martinez is the only one up. Hopefully more follow, I miss doing them!

I've been dying to translate the Cotto-Margarito 2 post-fight breakdown, but for some reason, that part of the episode isn't on Golpe A Golpe's video library when you search it; I'll have to wait until I go home again to do so, where I have it recorded.

Hey buddy, sorry I didn't see this until now. I'd be interesting in looking for a breakdown of that so I'll let you know if I find one.

He's made a few comments on the show I recall from memory. He always calls Floyd a great fighter with the best defense today, and I remember him saying "He doesn't like to fight; with one or two jabs he'll win the round and be content, that style isn't convenient for me. I like fighters who like to fight, to give the people a good show."
