Yeah, Hagler. He was superb at long range. Some of his boxing ability against Sibson was a delight to watch. IMO, he was a very good body puncher as well. He could move laterally and box off the backfoot. Inside, mid-range, long-range, it didn't matter. He has something else in his locker that not many others have - the ability to switch stance without any problems. He gets my vote.
A very good call in my opinion. Ray had speed, skill, stamina, power and a whole lot of intangibles. Hell, he even had a likeable image if that counts for anything. Another person I'd mention is probably Roy Jones.
In my opinion a fighter being more complete does not always mean they'll be better. The reason is things like offense (power and accuracy) and defense (blocking and dodging) or even chin are much more important than the other qualities you mentioned. So if you have a 10 for heart, 10 for ring smarts, and 5 for offense, defense, and chin, you will definately lose more fights than the guy with 10 offense, 10 defense, and only 5 ring smarts, heart, and chin. That being said I think B-Hop is up there.
