I hear ya OP. Get it done within Floyd's jail release ha! Or it will lose whatever steam it has laft. I'm more interested in who Salido fights next, then the best P4P fighters.

    completely agree OP.

The shine for this fight died out a long time ago. Sure I will watch it if it ever gets made, but I wont care much either way. Lets be real, Pac is on the decline and the dude dosent even care about boxing anymore. His spiritual and political aspirations are what he is focused on now.

Two years ago I think it would have been a hell of a fight. Now, im pretty confident it will be lackluster and ultimately will probably end up hurting the sport at this point. The average joe will buy into the hype of this fight being the saving grace of boxing only to end up witnessing a snoozefest.

I feel same way. They had chance, blew it. Fans were disrespected. People already pay way too much to watch boxing pay-per-views is another factor. It's like some people like getting screwed. Why not go to gay area of town, drop pants, bend over, and wait? THese guys are going to want over 10 million a piece, and people are dumb enough to pay it, even dumber since both are getting past their best now. Fans got screwed, should start keeping money in pockets, teach al boxers and promoters not to take us for granted.

its just such a shame that their ego's, greed, fear got in the way.

I think that at the back of their minds they knew that they would fight one day but have waited, growing off eachothers names and hyping the fight more and more, but they have left it too late and the fans have lost interest (its too hard to remain upbeat about a fight for over 3 years) and are sick of all the bull****.

both fighters are now past their peak and its such a shame. boxing needs a slap in the face cos its all bull**** ego's and money these days

I lost my interesting 2 years ago. Everytime it comes up and know Floyd is just messing with people's minds and acting like he wants the fight but he does not. He might eventually sign to fight Pacman if Manny looks really washed up.
