Don't worry about it, 'zooka! We all know whats going on here & people have the right to jump all over PBFs crotch, no matter what the **** he does in there, illegal or not. They love him & we hate him. Its what makes the ****in world go round. What pisses me off is the balant ignorance of boxing to let him get away with murder. But he's their cash cow & they surely ain't gonna put a bullet between his eyes.
It's not a problem....at least not in my opinion. It's not like Floyd is staying in that position. He's getting under the punches and coming back up to usually counter. It's not a big deal. it's actually pretty amazing he's able to move that way to avoid offense from his opposition. I dont see anything at all wrong with this.
Hatton did NOT hit him behind the head. Floyd turned around and stuck his ass out like a $2 hooker, and Hatton hit the top rope instead.
True, but the point was taken nonetheless which is what made that whole episode even worse, not to mention Hatton's game went downhill quick immediately after.
Floyd is one the few fighters in history who have the agility to duck under shots aimed at his body. You gotta admit it, he's good. Not even my favorite fighter Roy Jones could do that. Back to the Hatton argument, Hatton threw a punch, floyd ducked and Hatton hooked his arm and held him down, then pushed him off-balance so he could get a free shot at the back of his head. Am I the only one who saw that?
I agree, it was impressive when Pea did it and impressive when Floyd did it. Doesn't mean the ****'s right. I wish I could make the rules I'd say, "People like it when he does that **** so let him do it but no point deduction if he gets belted on the back of the head." Cuz part of the reason the opponent isn't hitting him is not just that he can't find him its that he knows he will have a point shaved off of a close fight and can't risk it. Unless you're Tito and you just want to hurt your opponent by all means at your disposal, the guy wasn't in there to fight a close points match against Pea, he wanted to knock him out.
Tyson threw elbows, Holyfield head-butted, Hopkins does every trick in the book and manages to do it when the ref isn't looking, Hatton holds and wrestles, Tito threw low blows when he was in trouble, Lewis held with his left hand, then threw the right, guys like roy and Wlad, hold their left hand out too long and sometimes literally hold their opponent back with it, Whitaker ducked low and stayed there. Do you see any threads dedicated to "exposing" those fighters' fouls? The point i'm trying to make is that Floyd gets flack for doing things that are done by a lot of other fighters......and some of them are legends. This **** is crazy!!!!!
Some of you Mayweather Haters, need lives. I swear most of ya'll arguments are so childish and ignorant. Floyd is the best and continues to beat the best. Don'ty hate, 1.
one ****** teacher/PBF lover is missing, is he out for good? change handle i think, a lot of new ones.
Cause they are ok, this dude is trying to take split second snap shots of Floyd ducking punches. That aint illegal, it looks bad in a pic cause you cant tell the circumstances of the ducking. He is not ducking down there for 4 and 5 seconds at a time he's down there for less then a split second usually dodging a punch. Its definietely a legal point. Also, isn't a fighter considered to be down if his glove is touching the mat while his opponent glove is upon him, or shortly prior to....?:think
