    (although was a great boxer, made a lot of money with little risk)...thats a even greater businessman.....High reward/low risk...

    They didn't ask me what I thought he should be rated. It said "at least" not where at. I don't believe someone can make a valid argument to place him any lower than 60 without completely invalidating their credibility thus my answer. I have him in the Top 30, not 25.
