Hi could anybody give me what would be a good workout to bulk up (legs, shoulders, arms, chest)??? reps??? machines??? as am signed up to a good quality gym. Also any tips on cardio would be greatly appreciated.what is a good run to do to gel with the bulking up part? small tips on diet would help too. thank you.
Why are you bulking up? There are sticky threads that answer your questions if you want workouts for boxing, there's a diet related one as well. If you just want to bulk up I think bodybuilding.com would be better.
