The day I lift weights I feel I'm more hungry. Which I heard I gotta eat more to suit the muscle but I'm wanting to lose weight. What if I continue my diet when I lift weights, can't the muscle jut feed off my fat instead of me eatin more?
You feel more hungry because your body is using more energy. You'll lose weight, but it won't all be guaranteed fat.
diet while weight training will mean you lose fat and mainly maintain the muscle, if you over eat and weight train you will gain muscle and fat, pick your goal and stick with it, we all wish we could get bigger and leaner but it just doesnt happen in normal circumstances
Eat more for the days you lift/train hard and eat less for the days you train less/not at all. Simple.
working out always makes me hungry, if you are worried about overeating due to the workout and thus hurting your attempts at weight loss, try bringing something to eat after your workout whether it be whey protein or food That way by the time you get back home you are already full and wont be tempted to eat everything in sight. Its what I used to do but now I have a shake right at the gym before I leave and dont overeat at home anymore.
