Just curious, I see this stuff all the time.
Aside from grapplers using them to avoid rash, and looking flashy, do you guys have any experience or opinions on using them for boxing?

Did they offer any help to reduce injuries, increase performance or aid recovery, like soome of them claim? Obviously, it's not gonna be a night & day difference, but was there any slight/noticeable improvement?

I'm sure they keep you warmer, but would they serve any greater purpose than regular cotton long johns or long sleeve shirt?

I see Everlast ones at Walmart for like $20 a piece, which is pretty affordable - if you're gonna buy long sleeves, you can almost justify spending a little more for these.

It's all bull****. They're made to keep you cool and be used in sports where you need tight fitting clothes so they can't be grabbed i.e. rugby, grappling etc.

i feel good wearing it, sad to say i was finding myself a reason to buy it other than canelo wearing it, with the so called healing effects its all placebo effect. Although since i still believe it i wear it whenever i work out.

Try the Store Ross! They always have name brands really cheap.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.
I wasn't so sold on them myself. But they do look cool.
    Probably more useful for grapplers.

I have a Nike Pro Combat shirt and other shirts with similar material I like to train in. I don't know about reducing injuries or any of that other stuff, but what I like about them is that they keep my body relatively dry while training. I used to train in just regular cotton t-shirts and they'd be soaking with sweat and feel heavy on my body after a couple of rounds.
