I was wondering what would be some good training that would help my conditioning and I need some help with movement when fatigued. Had a long sparring session and towards the end up the session my punches had nothing, my legs refused to move, and I couldn't find a way of moving or staying busy

Any tips? I really don't like to run around the ring when tired, but if I must then I suppose I will.

  2. the movement comes with experience but i used to have a 5-10 minute skip before i left the gym. it helped a bit i saw it as teaching your muscles to twitch when tired.

Do you run regularly? Running is so important for every sport.

Yes I run, but it's a different story once you're in the ring. I don't know whether it's the carpet that he has in the ring or what

  7. tip - control your relaxation in the ring and your stamina will last.

running will give you cardio to take with in the ring but it doesn't teach you how to not **** yourself... unless you have a dog chase you or something
