Hello I wanted to ask you in your personal opinion what do you think is more effective.
Training your cardio on a machine or outside. I notice the cardio you do outside is harder whilst the machine offers support and is somewhat easier not easy.

Is it best to go outside jogging or train indoor and what do you choose to do

Go on something that makes the body, 35% more efficient, seems a good idea.

Okay i suppose, im always cautious of them because of the dominant side, can cause back problems.

What I do like are those Total Gyms. Ive adapted mine, so Bands can be used on it, works a treat.

Running a 7 minute mile on the treadmill is easier than on the track for me.
