Conditioning training

    I mix my conditioning training up. I do short distance running of 2.5 miles, I also use tabata intervals, jump rope, and I often end a workout with a 5 minute circuit, for example 1 minute of; burpees, mountain climbers, press-ups, tuck jumps, squats.

    That's just conditioning though, added with resistance training and lots of boxing makes for an efficient fighter, I believe so anyway.
