conditioning your arms

    Old fashioned boxing training. Cheap and easy.

    wrist weights for muscular endurance ( maintain proper technique and build speed gradually)

    I was under the impression that it was already established in this thread that low weight high rep exercises were fine for hypertrophy. What they're not all that good for however, is building strength.

    Increased strength will result in increased power and endurance, and not necessarily increased mass.

    I will back to the gym problably next week......
    I had a left shoulder surgery a while back......And since then my jab never was the same anymore.....
    So.......I am paying attention to conditioning my arms now.....Good posts guys !
    Pad works and heavybag......simple and good, I agree.....
