CONFIRMED: Anderson has signed to fight Groves

    The stage is set… well almost. Kenny Anderson’s trainer, Kevin Maree, informed me moments ago that they have signed their part of the contract to fight George Groves on November 13 which would act as the chief supporting bout to David Haye v Audley Harrison.
    “It’s all on,” beamed Maree. “We signed our bit this morning so as far as we’re concerned we are now training for George Groves. It’s a fight we’ve been chasing for a while. I know there was a thing in the press saying that we wouldn’t accept a rematch clause and that’s why the fight never happened when it should have. But Kenny told me “tell them they can have a rematch clause on top of the rematch clause.”
