I've always thought that stylistically Froch has a more than decent chance vs. Bute and I'm sure it will be a great fight. One things for sure, if Bute comes away from it still the champion I'll be very impressed with him. It'd set up a fight with Ward beautifully if so.

This is welcome news, really looking forward to this fight, I always thought Froch would be too much for Bute and his run of fights against world class opposition would play dividens, It could still work out like that but after watching a few of Bute's fights and paying more attention to them, I make him favourite, I think his style will be tough for Froch.

Froch has very little chance here. Bute's such a sharp puncher and accurate too. Unlike Ward he's got some firepower too. Froch lacks the workrate to press the Romanian down the stretch. But hey, I've been surprised before.

Agree, but isnt Bute tied in with Shobox, if they are involved then I would expect it to be on in the early hours. This fight is not on PPV so they need tv money from the yanks.

Good chance for Froch to recapture a title, but its by no means an easy fight. From what ive seen of Bute (or is it 'Bootay') he should be betting favourite but cant write Froch off completely.

You are one of the biggest clowns on here.

All you ever do is look down on others. The amount of times you have criticised the grammar, punctuation and structure of others posts is laughable. Why? It is because you are the resident writer here? The G. K. Chesterton of the Brit Forum. Don't make me laugh. What have you ever written? Writing your name on a toilet wall probably tops your list of accomplishments.

Showtime for some absurd reason have no interest in the fight. And the latest news was Bute and his team were trying to get out of the Showtime deal.

I cant quite work out Showtime's thinking, they have just spent the last 3 years showing Froch in a tournament that he was runner up in and was in the most crowd pleasing fights imo, why would they just give up on him? It don't make sense.
