Hopefully this is gonna take place on the May 18th card they're talking about. :conf

The more I think about this fight, the more I'm convinced it's gonna be a relatively comfortable night for Alexander. He's got a speed advantage in my opinion, but more importantly, much better defense and he's vastly more experienced. Alexander has that grittiness too. That ability to do whatever it takes to get it done. Kell's never faced quality like Alexander in the ring before. Going to the states, to face a tough, gritty guy like that in the first truly massive fight of his career. Can't see it going well for Kell.

Very surprised at the poll results.

Then why did he quit vs Bradley when the going got tough?

Kell fought for 4 rounds with a badly broken nose & showed no signs of folding, even though he was ****ed by the end.

I wouldnt be surprised if Devon quits again.

That was a 23 year old Alexander who crumbled at the end of a tough fight. He's a different fighter these days. He's been through tough battles with Matthysse and Maidana since then. You don't come through fights like that if you're a quitter. I just think he holds all the advantages in this fight, except for maybe power.

He was also dealing with the frustration of being constantly head butted on purpose. Unless you fight in the ring please do not judge that situation it's ****ing tough. It makes you wanna rip the gloves off and get evil. Or bite that mother ****ers ear off, ask the great Mike Tyson. But I guess he is a quitter to these tough guys also.

devon took matthyses best shots & was still fighting till the end, he handled maidana's pressure & at the end of the fight was pushing marco back & bullying him around.

    That was an absolute schooling.

Maidana landed 93 punches in that fight. Not that Maidana's a world-beater, but Alexander does have a great defense. Brook on the other hand relies on footwork and not so wonderful head movement to get him out of trouble, but is not that hard to hit.

I've seen some people claim that Brook is as fast as Alexander. I don't see that at all, Alexander looks quite a bit faster to me.

And the experience and grittiness Alexander has is a huge advantage. I don't see Brook having any answers for him on the night.

Fight's confirmed for the May 18th card in Atlantic City, most likely boardwalk hall. Hopefully it won't fall through again.

I thought it was going to be in Washington on the same card as Peterson-Matthysse?

This correct.Alexander will school Brook and win over 12.Brook has no idea whats in store for him when he crosses the pond. This is a whole different league over here.I would have thought Eddie has learned his lesson by now.

The latest I heard is that the double header is to be in Atlantic City. Who knows what the **** is going on though.
