great comeback fight and a real test for him. Much better than blown up shot Katsidis. This guy is one fight removed from being world champ and he's highly ranked, a win puts Ricky directly in line for a rematch with Paulie for his belt.

When was the last time Hatton knocked a fighter out cold?

Exactly. I don't know a lot about Senchenko but it was a virtual face damage type stoppage against Paulie. Hatton could easily be out-sized and out-maneuvered if he can't find his strength at this weight. Seems like a tough fight. What happened to the Katsidis fight?

Hatton should and probably will win by stoppage or ko

I think Hatton will win, but I seeing him struggling and his comeback ending in disappointment.

If Hatton wins this maybe he could chase Paulie for a title shot.

I think this fight is a mistake. The guy's record is too good and I have never heard of him. Ricky should be fighting a big name like Marco Antonio Barrera but a more shot guy in that league someone who has become real bummy with a name.

    more money less risk

Ricky has had a looooong break Ring Rust can be a *****

you're missing the point. Ricky wants to be a champion again and wants it via a Paulie rematch. He wants to be a Mandatory so he gets a bigger purse than a voluntary defense by Paulie. Senchenko is still very highly ranked as he was champ in his last fight so beating his ass puts Ricky right in line as a mando for Paulie's WBA WW title. Ricky is doing the smart thing and chasing a belt he can actually win if he's still 80% of his former self.
