Just got back from the fight and have to tip my hat to the bloke

Mitchell was gracious in defeat. Offered no excuses. I think he was intimidated from the jump.

 

Absolutely stoked with his win.
Was up early to watch it.
And I hate getting up early on weekends but was worth it to see him stop this young gun the way he did.
Although Mitchell showed great sportsmanship after the fight I must admit that I wanted Kats to smash him just from the things being said and the way they were said before the fight I thought he showed no respect.
But to his credit he looks the goods and will only learn from this loss.

Kat seems to have improved steadily since Diaz and Casa but I still think a sliding JMM is too much.

Great effort today, maybe Khan in the UK next?

 

Watched the fight earlier this morning, & to be honest hadn't seen alot of Mitchell so i was hopeful for Katsidis but a little bit wary.....but WOW Katsidis was awesome.
