Fair enough mate........I respect your opinion

However Mijares was in many respected top 10 p4p lists until he got smashed by vic....vic is in my top 10....thats my 2 cents worth anyway :good

All good mate, I respect everyone's opinion. I don't agree with all of them, just like many disagree with mine. It's an interesting topic p4p, but a lot of emphasis is placed on it.

For instance, does Vic deserve to rank above someone like Ivan Calderon who made something like 10 straight defences of his Minimumweight title and 3 so far of his light fly title?

Or Chris John who has beaten Juan Manuel Marquez and made 10 defences at Feather? It's all debatable. Does consistency outshine a big effort here and there?

Congrats Vic..Really bashed him in there but fought pretty smart aswell, never let Jorge into it.

Vic vs Izzy lets do it.

Id really like him fight Donaire first though..win or lose Id still like to see him have another crack. But Im very certain that Shaw the old ***** wont let this happen, or more likely will do everything he can to get Vic a better fight instead of it. Gary really holds a grudge against Nonito.

He sure does. It's unfortunate that Shaw is standing in the way of what should be another great fight. Step aside Gary...

I think Vasquez is alllll wrong for Vic.

I think Izzy is not much more above average to start off with...Some of his attributes are way above the average mark but his overall he isnt.

He gets a lot of accolades with his wars with Marquez, which is fair enough but crowd pleasing brawls shouldnt get you such p4p recognition IMO.

I also think he could well come back shot to pieces given the savagery of those fights..Time will tell, he has been out a long time.

I dont think its such a crazy notion Vic could win this fight...But most importantly win or lose, this would make Vic a shitload of cash..More so than any fight I can think of right now at his weight.

I think the reward far outways the risk..which I think is a little less than it is at first glance.

Commentators are always going on about Vics wide punches but that left uppercut of his is surely one of the better punches in boxing at the moment. Great effort today, rapidly turning into a must watch fighter.

vic, now should fight who puts up the most money, who ever that is he should fight, he has a enough belts to put on the wall at home, it is about money now and how much he can get in the next year or 2

If I was Vic, I'd be trying to stay at Super Fly. Personally I don't think he can take Israel's punches.

I agree but he mite make enough money to buy a 4 room house in sydney, if that type of money was there he should take the fight at 122

He can make good money defending his belts at Super Fly though. Montiel is one to test the waters a few pounds north if he's desperate. Vasquez and Marquez are a bridge too far. Donaire II would bring good coin.

I agree, Montiel there will be money there and also Donaire, but other than that I don't see showtime or HBO putting up any type of money for fights at 115 or 118 other than montiel or donaire.

A tidy card would include Mundine v AA and Vic v Donaire in Sydney , decent gate money & HBO might bite as the PPV numbers would be decent imo ,Plenty of Armenians word wide would buy this :deal.

one thing in that fight which the old past warrior Arce did was inflict some damage on Darchi. Unlike Mijares and Kirilov mofo's couldn't break an egg. washed up arce rocked him good and had VD back pedal and protect the ribs.
