Strawweight Florante "The Little Pacquiao" Condes (22-3-1, 20 KOs) has just dethroned IBF champion Muhammad "The Rock Breaker" Rachman (61-6-5, 31 KOs) by split decision on Saturday at the Indoor Tennis Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia. The bout was war in which Rachman was down twice. The action went back and forth the full twelve rounds. Scores were 117-113 for Rachman and 114-112, 114-112 for the new champion Condes.
