Difference is 3 of these are on one card. The worst one of the 4 is headlining Matchroom's only UK offering of April.

If Hearn truly believed that he'd be doing everything he could to get Benn on the Canelo undercard against a decent opponent. Especially as he no longer has the Sky hype machine behind to sell Benn domestically.

    Whole top tier closed

    1/4 of bottom tier closed

And still tickets left to buy and they have been doing freebies.

Perhaps Benn isn't as popular as we get told

Hearn saying Benn is top 5 WW is just promoter BS to hype his fighter (it's his job to hype his fighter but its nearly as bad as making out Wilder was top 3 HW).

Benn has a top 10 Ring magazine ranking but as everyone knows their ranking decisions have been very questionable. At present you can possibly argue that Benn is just about in the top 10 but at present I think he is just outside with the potential to be just in the top 10.

Only way I see Benn getting a title shot soon is if Spence beats Ugas and vacates 3 titles and Hearn pulls some string to get him one of the title shots.

Don't get why they keep sticking Benn up north. We don't care for Benn up here, surely they'd be better off packing out smaller venues in London.

Is it marketing spin, close off most of Manchester arena.

    Sell it out

Then "Benns already sold out Manchester Arena"

    Maybe cynical

Benn would be more popular London - use SSE and copper Box for lesser opposition like his next opponent and move to O2 when/ if he takes on a legit top 15 guy.

Dunno how Hearn manages to not lose a fortune on shows like these.

I’d have thought the O2 and MEN would be two of the most expensive arenas in the country to use, but time and again he keeps sticking crap fights on there that only fill half of the lower tier, with the rest blacked out so it looks alright on TV. I know there’s probably a kudos or ego thing in only using ‘big arenas’ but seems a bit mental not to match the fight to the venue a bit more.

But the numbers are massive on socials. Facking muppet is Eddie Hearn. Only because everyone on "socials" is ripping into Benn for his piiss poor opposition.

I'm sure Metcalf, Cullen and Thompson have sold most of the tickets.

Fair point. Wonder how many were sold via ticket master?
