Eddie Hearn and Conman Benn's reputations took a shellacking during the build up to this fight. Especially Hearn's though. The way Eubank Jr surgically operated on Hearn's character during the press conferences was magnificent. Hearn's behaviour at the weigh in was diabolical and showed zero respect for boxing in general. Boxing has become a daddy's little rich boy toy for Hearn. Time to get out now he does not have any boxers at world level. I dont want to see a rematch with the same terms. Eubank deserves better than that.
Yeah the reports that he was in hospital for longer due to still being dehydrated even after the brutal fight says a lot. Eggie said that the weight clause, fine for missing weight, rehydration limit and all was introduced and agreed between Boxxer/Eubank and Turki. I find it hard to believe Turki and his team are the ones that came up with the idea of Eubank coming in overweight would mean he would have to pay half a million to team Henn.
