Very interesting. I don't think that Thor was taking it as serious as Conor was. Don't get me wrong, Conor is the better fighter by far, and his physique is better for fighting. However, The Mountain is so big and tall, is like fighting a bear, and I don't think any trained fighter can beat a bear.

Dude has been Iceland's strongest man consecutively, Europe's strongest man and been in the world's strongest man finals several times. At 6'9" and probably 375-400 that dude rips conor apart the second he gets a hold of him or lands a punch. Massive size and strength advantages negate superior technique when it's that huge a disparity. But of course fanboys think being trained turns you into a fictional movie action star a la Jet Li who can overcome anything.
Thor would be knocked out by any half ass heavyweight, cruiser or even light heavy. Conor probably could, he had him tired in a couple minutes. Just to much bulk.
