    Great right hand to finish it. Algieri got too brave and opted to trade and hold his feet more after the bogus KD. Hearn needs to stop with this smokescreen of throwing Conor in with featherfists and past their best featherfists all the time and stick him in with someone world class who can punch for a change.

    fight didnt tell me much, other than he can hit hard if he catches you. but hes got a weak guard and is easy to time. algieri dont have near the speed he used to have. i think the top 5 welters destroy benn.

    Great improvements from Benn and a nice finish. I thought Algieri had a pretty good shot at an upset but he never really settled. That said, I think the worries about Benn's defence remain. Algieri landed a fair few shots and I feel Benn would get beaten very badly by a puncher like Avanesyan
