Why do people say Morales is shot? After solid, convincing wins over Alfaro, Willie Limond and Francisco Lorenzo I just don't understand this attitude. Any of these fights were just as tough as opponents that could be found while legitimately working his way back into contendership. These guys he fought were no joke and Erik looked a hellava lot better than 95% of the guys in his division. Morales vs Marquez would be a stellar bitter matchup between to guys who never really cared for each other but were both hugely popular in their homeland. Yhis by far is the most interesting matchup to me besides Money vs Pacroid!
