Eubank had only 9 days to train for that fight.

Adamek would have KOed that version of Eubank, no doubt in my mind.

Tarver would have outpointed him (narrow margin though, because Tarver's stamina is bad).

 Has Dawson inherited Pavlik's superhuman invincibility now that Kelly got schooled?!

It's like Buffy the ****ing vampire slayer with these American hypejobs!

One gets slain and the mystical power passes to another chosen one.

Dawson has more than earned his right to fight Joe Calzaghe, his resume is already close to that of Calzaghe, and he is 10 years younger. :rofl

These clowns are hiliarious. Joe took the ring belt from bhop in his only light heavy bout and they think Joe is actually the best light heavy weight but he doesn't have to fight Chad who is rated 1 other rankings other then the ring title huh. Even on the ring's ranking they have Chad under Joe. so joe fight him *****.

Joe in absolutely no sense whatsoever needs Chad Dawson. Dawson does not deserve the fight, either. His entire hype has been built around beating old guys (shot Tarver, last-fight-of-his-career Harding, 39 year old Johnson whom many felt beat Dawson) and one guy who was supposedly severely weight-drained for their fight (Adamek, who jumped up 23 pounds just 4 months later for his debut at cruiserweight).

Dawson is a fraud, a pretender, a guy who is being carefully matched so as to try to sucker the public to fall for a guy who is nowhere near as good as he is being made out to be. Calzaghe didn't want to fight Pavlik, a fighter with a better record, more power and victories over better/in-their-prime opposition (Taylor, Miranda) than had Dawson. Why would he fight Chad?

All this being said, I very much hope Calz fights Dawson. He will whip his ass and we will never have to hear the BS again. Dawson cannot handle Joe's workrate or his spirit, and Joe will mentally break him if they fight.

Chad Dawson is a flashy fraud who epitomizes what is wrong with boxing today. In that sense, he is the heir to cherrypicking jackass PBF. It's hype over substance, and, damn, do I hope Joe gets in the ring with him to set matters straight. The boxing world will be much better off if Joe does, even though I understand if Calz couldn't get up to take the fight.

Kelly was KD by taylor in the second round and barely edge him on rematch. He never have any aura of invincibility.

What the **** are you going on about? You ignorant Brits have one God damn fighter and he's about to retire. David Haye is going to get his skull caved in within a few months, and that will be the end of that.

The only way Dawson's resume is anywhere near to Calzaghe's is if you were filing them alphabetically :good

You tell me whose resume was better at age 26, Dawson or Calzaghe. Dawson won't be spending 10 years defending a paper title. Adamek, Johnson, and Tarver were all top 5 LHWs when Dawson beat them.

He's still upset that David Haye declined to take 90 seconds out of his day to decapitate Steve Cunningham....
