    Guys I have a question
When you train in the gym do you make breaks between certain exercises or go from one to the next one right the way. For instance when you do 3-4 rounds shaddow boxing, do you go work on the bag right a way after shaddow boxing or do you make a little break like 3 minutes and then go?

The only break is the one between rounds!
I guess also, the time it takes to put on the sparring gear.

Yeah, it's pretty important not to take too many breaks.
I normally go from one exercise to the next within the 1min break times. I also go to the bathroom, put on the handwraps and all that right before I start the workout so I don't have to stop.
Boxing is an endurance sport after all. Train like you will fight. There is no extended breaks in the ring.

Yup no breaks for me too. The trainers in our gym dont want us to take breaks so that we could develop our stamina.

    Great post! :good

This is some of the best advice I have seen in this forum. If you aren't disciplined in training you will never be disciplined when you face a tough opponent in the ring.

That's how I do it. Whatever I need to do, I do in that one minute between rounds. I usually just go stand by the bag and stretch my arms or legs for 30 seconds to stay loose, or go get a sip of water.
