All refs look at the opponent to see where he is.Just watch some fights, that's the truth

From the moment he hit the ground until the moment Wright was done "instructing" Andrade there was not a single full second where Bute was on his feet unassisted. Watch the fight.

That takes 5 seconds and completely turning your back on the fighter you're in the middle of counting out?

He only needs to be up on his feet unassisted at the count of eight. Want me to repeat that again?

That was when he was telling Andrade to stay in the corner,it's a different thing.Just watch Nady count,he looks at the opponenet more than the hurt fighter

Does he continue to count though? Yes, he does. If Wright can't multitask under pressure he isn't fit to ref.

No he doesn't,nobody does,it's a rule that he can stop the count.Andrade was giving Bute time.

He sure as hell was. Referee asked him to show him his gloves. He did. We don't know whether he was out on his feet because he was not asked to take a step out. When the referee restarted the fight, he took a step and didn't fall down though. No way of knowing whether he was out on his feet or not after he beat the count because the referee went back to Andrade. Why do you assume he was out on his feet? Don't answer that. It's because you and you alone know, I get it.
