Damn right Mayweather has a right to be suspicious, as does Manny, Marquez, Arreola, Haye, or anyone else that is a boxer. If I was going to get hit in the head for a living I would demand the strictest testing available because I have to live with the repercussions of someone cheating. these repercussions are severe, including possible brain damage or death. So yes he has the right to demand whatever he wants in the manner of making sure his opponent isn't going to do something that isn't within the legal walls of the sport.
