yeah starting to get exciting. I hope sonni stays in the house for a little while longer just for entertainment purposes. The house might have been a bit boring with out him.

I've always had a healthy respect for Nader Hamdan but he looked slow and well past his best against Piper. I had Nader winning 3 of 5 rounds and while he did okay at times I shudder to think what will happen should he meet Oganov in the semis.

I hope Sonni gets to fight Oganov. He deserves a thorough beating for carrying on the way he does. He's got some serious issues. Hamden might talk it up but he backed it up. I agree, Nader is past it but looked very rusty & even said he felt very tight. Can only get better.

I thought Sherro won 3 out of 5 rounds and it pissed me off that they only showed Hamden throwing good or should i say decent punches in rounds 4 and 5 and cut short every thing that Sherro was doing which to the TV audience made it look like Hamden was the busier fighter.
    Realy feel for Sherro.

mentioned in todays local paper, Stgeorge / Sutherland Leader, in an interview, that he was struggling to get into it with only five rounds, reckons he is a bit rigid, tense & is used to easing himself into fights over 12 rounds etc

Thought Piper did well against Hamden - stiff not to get the nod.

Keen to see the Jungle Boy get a bit of 'what for' also - hoped 'Tiger' Bell might teach him some manners recently, but though Tim got the points, Jungle Boy got off a bit lightly IMO.
