Roach said they don't want Khan because he's "boring", but they elect to fight Algieri? :think

How is Khan "boring" but Algieri isn't? Thoughts?

And who wins between Khan and Algieri? :bbb

Well he also said Algieri couldn't beat one of Pac's sparring partners..... wait wasn't Ruslan one of Pac's sparring partners.

I think pac wins. I see Pac knocking down khan once or twice & in a exciting fight. Khan puts up a good fight but looses most of the close rounds.

Didn't think about that, interesting.... :think:think

Pac KO's Khan in 5, with several knockdowns en route. Pac vs Algieri goes the distance, Algieri gets knocked down at least once (can't wait to see). Khan vs Algieri is a toss up, definitely a decision.

Normally I would agree that Pac stops khan, but Pac fights more cautious now. Khan also has heart (not chin), so unless he is stopped I can see it going the distance. I actually think the fight would go the distance. Khan also has some pop to his shots, I'm sure Freddie wouldn't instruct pac to dive in with his face like he normally does. It's a fight I would like to watch, they have sparred before so they know each other to some extent.

Didn't roach previously claim that Khan dominated the early going before Pac took over in their spars?

khan knocked down pac 3 times he was the only one to do it no one ever came close to knocking pac down in sparring even porter and ruslan and the other big guys

Obviously Roach is scared of Khan for Pac when considering these comments that don't make any kind of sense, and he is a man who has seen them spar and has trained both. And yet you still believe Khan is an easy fight for Pac. I can understand a particular line of thought is hard to change but, there is a ridiculous amount of evidence nowadays that the top guys are reluctant to fight Khan.

Just the fact alone that Floyd seriously considered fighting Khan makes him a good choice for Pac, Pac could KO him with ease as you say and then throw that in Floyd's face just like he likes to do but, they do not choose to fight him. At some point when considering perspective after perspective and realizing there is much more reason to fight Khan than not (good money, easy fight, exciting fight, etc.) you have to start to ask yourself why it does not happen, and maybe then you'll realize it's not as easy as you may believe.

Khan more than likely edges Algieri in a decision, with a decent shot at winning comfortably. Can't compare how Algieri fought Provodnikov to how he'd have to fight Khan as there is almost nothing in common between those two...
