Contrary to popular belief, Jermain Taylor is currently underrated by most fans.

I bought 10 on DVD and rotate them, here's the list -

    Dirrell/Stevens
    PBF/Baldomir
    PBF/DLH
    Byrd/Williamson
    Ruiz/Rahman
    Raheem/Freitas
    Krasniqi/Bostice:scaredas:
    Briggs/Liakhovich
    Taylor/Spinks
    Martin Castillo/Eric Morel

Fights that particularly bore the **** out of me.:good

That's too bad, probably his career is not going to happen and he may die at a young age. Not only a shame if he had great talent, but if he's a decent individual, in which I think Andre is a moron personally, but I won't judge him on that.

You should get a copy of Brock-Timur Ibragimov if you ever need some new material.

In response to your assertion "Jermaine Taylor is currently underrated....."

I'd change that to "Jermaine Taylor is currently under developed as a boxer." Being physically strong and a hard puncher is just not enough to retain world champion status, as he has unfortunately learnt! Jermaine was used to being matched up with fighters he was physically stronger than and therefore seldom employed anything other than a physical strategy to win fights.

You need to have rythm, defence, heart and mental strength, whilst maintaining basic fundamentals e.g. jab The question is, does Jermaine possess the desire and willingness to learn new tricks?? My opinion - I don't think so. He's put in a good tenure and earnt some decent money and should bow out with his faculties and dignity intact.

    Just my opinion
