At the end of the day , this is all just blind stats on paper. Thats not the correct way of judging a fighter.

For anybody who watched the fights its clear Holmes was a far better fighter , better skill, jab, chin, endurance , better everything.

He had a Sanders moment against Shavers , and instead of falling to pieces like Wlad , he got up and won.
He fought one of the greatest HW fights of all time against Norton thats cemented in the history books.
The only fights of Wlad that are worth re-watching are the one where he gets pancaked.

i voted for even up to now with wlad able to take over..but the more i think about it im leaning towards wlad..i dont think the brewster fight was a non credible win..i also dont think wach was either considering he was drugged up more than ivan drago..plus taking into account how easy wlad beats his opponents aswell plus with the fact he was down out and finished and now where he is surely he has wlready surpassed...just my opinion tho bro....again great thread tho..

Despite his obvious deficiencies, Vits had good reactions and stands several inches taller that amounts to a substantial lean-back. The reactions are fading fast though, as shown when a nobody subnational was catching him repeatedly (as to why he was defending the world title against someone like that when real champs like Lewis took on the best when they were old is another question).

Against mediocre to middling opposition he can avoid most punches, its like back when you were kids and your little sister trying to land a punch on your head. Theres a reason for weight categories, but being in HW allows soperheavies to bypass that rule and carry the advantages of a LHW against a welter.
