Let's post a clip of Ali at his fastest vs Jones at his fastest. You're going to honestly tell me, after watching, if not all, then most of these clips, that Ali was faster. Be honest.

And Ali is faster , Jones is stationery for long periods. Ali can move how he does all night . And i have great respect for Jones' single punching speed , and he punches fast in bunches on occasion aswell. But Ali is faster with COMBOS. And Ali is throwing combos and moving around like lightning allnight.

You dont have to post me a video of these guys in their primes to prove a point , i wouldnt have said anything if i hadnt seen them fight ! Look at Ali's hands when he fought Archie Moore if u wanna be clever here

 

Jones is stationary for long periods because he's the aggressor, not someone using movement against a punching bag(which is basically what Williams was in that fight). In terms of single punches and combos, and movement if you wanna go there(watch the Toney fight) then, Jones clearly has Ali beat. Honestly, I don't mean to **** on your opinion, but it is mind-boggling how you consider Ali faster. I don't think it's close.

I get you , just that - it is close , it realy is. Williams wouldnt be a punchbag if Ali was standing in front of him though , he is a punchbag because Ali has totaly demoralized him with his speed.

I just havent seen any1 that is constantly fast in every department (moving and punching) for a whole fight. Just opinion , you have a major point though

Long ass thread. I have another controversial one, seeing that Tyson has made a crossover from everyone thinking he was a fraud to now being glorified as goat. I think that ****er should have been banned from the sport for life when he bit that chunk of ear off. To have let that sob continue to fight was probably the single most disgusting thing that ever happened in boxing.

 

It was a shame, to see my favorite boxer biting the dude's ear off :-(

 

Vladimir Klitschko is the best heavyweight in the world today and if he keeps boxing he will can become the best of all time. I see nobody within his class at this time.

Max Kellerman said he would never recognize the WBO title as long as a Klitschko has the title, yes, he said that years ago on FNF!

 

Farmy, Wladimir will have to do A LOT and face a lot of big punchers, eat their punches and not get hurt to become the best HW ever.

He can become one of the top 10-15 but thats still a lot of work he has to do.
