Joe Calzaghe is barely greater than Sven Otke.. he rematched Mario Veit for christsakes after KOing him in the 1st round oh yea and avoided Otke

thats the difference between a boxing fan and a floyd fan, a boxing fan wants to see the best fights that can be made, a floyd fan wants to see floyd take minimal risk while getting maximal reward, like it somehow benefits them.

Hopkins is barely Top ten at 175 heres a short list of fighters that would beat him a few would hospitalize him:
Dawson(KO by way of murder)
Diaconu(easily puts Bslop in a coma, Blsop also needs a few hundred stiches on the face and a few pints of blood)
Johnson(KO)
Jones Jr(KO this time)
Danny Green(UD)
Woods(UD)

well first of all cotto has earned a shot at fighting floyd when he beat mosley, even alot of the floyd boys said they would give floyd **** if he doesn't fight cotto

also....

he could be greater, if he clears out the division and fights everyone that is anyone (yes that means even amrgarito) he would arguably be the greatest ever, look at muhammad ali, that guy fought everyone who was anyone in his division.

i really dont get you guys, you support floyds retirement plans and his long lay offs, what that actually means is you will not see your favourite fighter again for a long time, oh well as long as floyds healthy and rich, right?

 

While I agree Relentless about him having to fight Cotto maybe 2 or 3 others..Mosley and the winner of Cintron-Williams and maybe Cory Spinks(to truly see who the best boxer is)I don't include Margarito in the short list because he's about as 1 demensional as Hatton...Cotto is everything Margarito wishes he could be...powerful AND smart:good
