In a sense, I suppose my statement regarding Winstone didn't fit my own criteria , but I was going on the fact that you're average joe would say "Howard who? Nah, El Terrible would OWN that mother****er." Though you probably already knew that.

I'll push the boat out, right out in fact, and say that Howard could have taken a fight from Nelson in a trilogy.

Good picks of your own though; Canizales has a good style for tackling Olivares, as does Kalule for Mayweather.

Sanchez 15 Dec, Arguello. Sanchez could start fast against the slow starting Arguello. Keep the advantage & Sanchez wouldn't fade in the late rounds. (Arguello's strong suit).

Not many agree with me when I say Frazier beats Tyson.
To me though, it's one of the picks I'd have most confidence in.

I agree with Jones over Monzon and Robinson stopping Hearns.

I was torn a new ******* for picking Carbajal over Lopez. I'm sticking by it :good

Really bad pick, the thread says `contraversial but REASONABLE picks....

The only way Winky has a prayer vs Lamotta is if they fought now, right NOW !

I can't quite bring myself to believe that a middleweight Jones has the overall game and toughness to defuse Monzon. Then again, I hate Jones (twat lol) and like Monzon a great deal. So take that one with a pinch of salt even if Iwouldn't change my mind at gunpoint.

Robinson would stop Hearns IMO, I can't see any area where Tommy has a clear advantage.

Lopez was great, but Carbajal could have done him. Whoever called you on that.....

You stick to your guns lad :D
