Folks, am goin thru a phase of scoring fights. Name some fights in which the decisions were somewhat dubious, conroversial or just plain **** so I can score 'em for meself....Cheers
Briggs-Holyfield was a bull**** decision,i had it 116-111 foreman. Its sad to see a legend like him get robbed in his last fight at 48
Off the top, Check (Just to see what you come up with) Trinidad Vs. De La Hoya De La Hoya Vs. Mosley II De La Hoya Vs. Sturm Castillo Vs. Mayweather I Leonard Vs. Hagler ect...
Pacquiao v Marquez II Malignaggi v Diaz I Froch v Direll Froch v Kessler (but only if your name is Carl Froch) Hatton v Collazo Mosley v Mora
Pac-Maruqez I & II PBF-Castillo I Trinidad-De La Hoya Mosley-De La Hoya Sturm-De La Hoya Hopkins-Taylor I Chavez-Whitaker Spinks-Mayorga
To be honest, I thought Leonard beat Hagler when I watched it as a 13yr old and still think the same now. Thought Reid did enough against Ottke, despite absolutley hilarious refereeing.....Reid did slow down in the last few for Ottke to close the gap but anywhere else in the world Reid woulda got it....
Aside from the ones already mentioned - Controversial; Whitaker - Ramirez I Whitaker - Chavez Lewis - Holyfield I Some close/difficult to score fights; Marquez - Pacquiao I Winky - Taylor Barrera - Morales I Williams - Martinez Mayweather - Castillo I
Reid vs Ottke wasn't contoversial, it was a downright disgrace! :deal Ali vs Norton II & III Campillo vs Shumenov I & II
Lewis-Holyfield I Whitaker-Chavez Morales-Barrera II DLH-Mosely II Marquez-Pacquiao II Were all big fights that should have gone to the fighter on the left.
I thought Leonard edged Hagler too, close fight tho, Hagler just gave away too many early rds, he did well to come back on the cards but I thought Leonard edged the championship rds to take the title.
