The Ketchel fight was meant to go further than it was. It was pre-determined that the two fighters would carry each other to a points verdict, as the amount of money they would receive from theatre rights would be determined by the amount of rounds they boxed. Ketchel broke the agreement and knocked Johnson down before Johnson knocked him out out of spite. It was a botched attempt at a fixed fight and people shouldn't discuss it in legitimate terms.

In any case, I'd like to revise my statement from "the worst title reign" to "the most disgraceful title reign". It's more accurate.

Yes. That's why his actual title reign is such a disgrace.

Ah I see. Well that's not really controversial is it. That's just obvious.

I think you can make a much stronger case for this statement.

Valid points on the Ketchel fix, I am aware of the background to the fight, though when Ketchel tried to go away from the script we saw how Johnson dealt with him.

lewis narrowly won first holyfield fight and second could have gone either way
fury will beat price in 18 months from now
    khan beats mayweather now
the douglas that beat tyson would have beaten any version of tyson
holyfield would have beaten any version of tyson

Kell Brook is the most complete active British fighter & may go on to be the most successfull (not all time, just amongst the current crop under 30)

i just think he is too big, too fast and mayweather might find, like jones did, that his style means his world comes apart in one fight as he gets old..and khan is that fight. i think khan should fight mayweather while he realsitically has nothing to lose. if he waits till the *****s in the armour show he wont get the credit for the victory.

    oh, and hopkins beat calzaghe

You've gotta watch it without sound to not be swayed by the crowd noise, SOK. :good

Eubank was making Collins miss quite a bit and countering more effectively, especially with his jab.

Close fight, but Chris won it by a couple of points. 114-112 on my card. He came on and took it in the championship rounds.
