Will check it out aswell, wont take long at least:yep
As for this, even though im not too familiar with tiger, having only seen a couple of rounds of footage on him, I can imagine nothing would suit Marvin more. He was always at his best when boxing. Had a look back on a few of his fights recently, he looked great when using his legs and picking apart his opponents, especially against Sibson and Hamsho. Just pure masterclasses of intelligent fighting.

What an amazing battle, cheers for uploading. Fought at a crazy pace and you can count the amount of jabs thrown on one hand, my type of fight.

Odd ending, I couldn't make out the punch that did it without rewinding a bit, had a little chuckle at the Hearns style jog away before he got dropped.

What I'd imagine a Forman V's Tyson fight to be like.

flea got found out because he claims he knows how Sullivan would do against Wlad as if anyone could know without watching footage or being there to see them live...but the point is lost then you have groupies trying to protect him, these guys are sad enough to have a mong list....its repetitive and boring.

Stick to talking about boxing, my view is Sullivan belongs to another era...its only fair. Same for dempsey, Tunney etc sp pointless saying how they would do. If you wanted to be real honest the one stand out fighter is Joe Louis....his head to head, consistency, resume and longevity were incredible.

I deffo reckon the roman army would beat the libyans of today

Lets leave everything and start a fresh rather than pick on the black guy...undertones of your not part of my gang and racism.

Ok il delve a little deeper into what im talking about. One of the reasons I say certain fighters should not be compared to others or its a fruitless debate is becuase they were so far apart. Talking about how Dempsey would do now...is a bit silly as his era was way before.

For example comparing Vitali to Lewis or Tyson or Ali can be done by checking out there resumes and reviewing fight tapes...some of us have been lucky to watch live others havent but fight footage is still good to analyse. Another aspect is that they arent that far apart in time periods, in a sense if Ali wanted to watch his rivals he could and so can Wlad or Vitali...Dempsey didnt have this chance nor did Johnson etc.

Look at Shannon Briggs, he was far more dangerous, quicker and better conditioned in the late 1990s then when he fought Vitali in 2010. We all know Lewis battered Briggs in a back and forth exciting match and Foreman to alot of people beat Briggs..I thought Briggs nicked it to be honest but the facts remain if a very old Foreman could deal with a young powerpuncher like Briggs then you can have some Idea of how good he was at his peak in the 70s and early 1990s...(believe Foreman had two peaks with different styles). When Vitali fought Briggs it took him 12 rounds of punching him in the head, and Briggs was literally a sitting duck. Of course basing it one matchup isnt the way, you have to able to look at the entire resume...We can see how Vitali did with a fat Lewis, he did well but Lewis started to win the fight, and he lost. So it is easier to think exactly how certain matchups would go or talking about there resumes.

No doubts insults will fly rather than merit any point.

If I were to play along with the all time lists that everyone is so fascinated by.

Exclude Sullivan, Jeffries, Corbett, Fitzimmons, Johnson, Dempsey, Tunney
( reasons there is not more than 10 of there FULL fights on tape, someone watching 2 or 3 fights isnt enough to merit there full abilty)

Left Wlad and Vitali out as they havent finished there carrers yet.

    1. M. Ali
    2. L. Lewis
    3. J. Louis
    4. M. Tyson
    5. L. Holmes
    6. G. Foreman
    7. J. Frazier
    8. E. Holyfield
    9. R. Bowe
    10. S. Liston

Even so I still have a hard time doing lists like this as for me Ali, and Lewis on the same level...alot of the guys really cant be put in a simple order when they are the same level of greatness.

I think they would be better in groups with their height & weight listed next them.
