boxing insider has not come out yet (oct 7) but garry tillman a writer for the magazine has said the average post fight orders for a ppv of this magnitude are between 125-175k and his sources have informed him that said orders have already exceeded expectations he goes on to say it is to early to accurately tally ppv # let alone post orders but 300k+ will not surprise him. He goes on to contribute the amazing post fight #'s to the controversial ending.
    Way to go (captain obvious)

    any ways stunning news.

might as well hire WWE script writers for future floyd mayweather fights. if people would order these types of fights, then i don't know what kind of fans boxing has right now.

You can buy the PPV the day after or whatever. Looks like people read about what happened and more then usual bought it.

Floyd is the PPV king period, the scripted and opportunistic argument with Merchant, set up by Schaefer and GBP was the cherry on top of the pie, and catapulted Floyd to one of the biggest villain in boxing history, hands down.

I never in my life watched a 4 round fight, that was dominated by one fighter so many times.

Good for Floyd and GBP, horrible for fans, like Floyd said he can make 70 million fighting anyone, and this incident, was on some Hogan joining the NWO ****, groundbreaking, shocking, compelling, and has fans thirsty more, anticipating his next fight, don't expect him to fight the Pac Man or any serious threat anytime soon.

Mayweather knows controversy sells. I can imagine him flipping out on Merchant had a lot to do with that.
