I'm partial to The Royal Court but you're entitled to your opinion. I've been doing them for years and hindu pushups isolate the shoulders much better than Bombers and hindu squats, if done correctly, isolate the quads and build lower body explosion as well as any other bodyweight exercise. Just a preference I guess...:good
