Im quite suprised... Usually ads with ahtletes suck ass or are some kind of joke. But this one actually has some film noir elements and seems like some serious ****. It did feel a bit like a gatorade ad tho :yep

I guess beer is polish gatorade :rofl:rofl:rofl

Ehhh, I personally dont like belgian, dutch, or british beers....

I however, adore bavarian and czech beers. They have their beer down to a science!

Out of polish beers, nothing hits the spot like an okocim mocne :good

Which Belgium beers have you tried. There are some terrible mass produced ones like Stella and Hoegarden which is not what i had in mind. I used to like Okocim a lot, but my tastes have changed since discovering the Trappist Ales. I find most Pilsners, including Okocim too watery and too low on the ABV. But I guess taste is subjective, to a point.

Im not sure, i went to brussels and amsterdam and just asked for w/e is on tap and good at the bars i went too. Ill admit, its more of a taste thing. I like beers that are low in alchol and taste really bitter... I dont drink beer to get drunk, i leave that to whiskey :hey

Ive never been to czech, but ive been to munich, and by god, i have never tasted a beer more foamy and delicouis! And thank god it is low in alchohal level.... Because i can drink more of it without acting like a raging drunk :rofl:rofl:rofl

Trappist Ales tend to be bitter compared to polish beers. These Ales are high in alc (8-13%) but they do a superb job of tucking the alcohol behind the flavour, so it doesnt interfere and it doesnt cause an unpleasant burn. You savour the amazing complexity of taste and the alcohol goes straight to your head.

I heard you guys over in some of the european countries rave on gentleman jack whiskey. True? It is a marvelous sipping whiskey and has
won countless awards in amsterdam as a world renowned whiskey.

Gentalmens jack is good. But, you have to realize. Gentalmens jack USED to be teh standard jack daniels. I dont remember the date prolly the 1970's... they changed it to the new standard recipe. BUT gentalmans jack was the way normal jack daniels used to taste before that!!

So these days, jack daniels is some disgusting **** homie. I dont know wtf they put in that stuff, but i perfer seagrams, old crow, jim beam ect....

Jack daniels regular always gives me mean hangovers,,, That **** is not meant for human consumption!! But gentelmans jack, i wholly recodmend. Its smooth going down your throat, but unlike standard jack, it dosent taste like your licking a coal miners *******.... And you never get a hangover after it

Normal jack, is run off that dosent make it too gentalmens jack :good:good

Gentalmans jack is good, its was the REAL jack daniels USED to be before they changed the recipe to make more cash :good

Makes sense. This is the trend that you can find with most mass produced beverages. The quality and quantity of ingrediants is sacrificed to save money for other things like advertising. A Good ad campaign plus some meaningless slogan like `The worlds best tasting Vodka`= sales.

Know all about it, but they still drink the old stuff in the southern parts of the U.S. I prefer Gentleman's over crown, and did you say seagrams? Ugh!

And how can you like jim beam and call reg jack crap? They're about on par.

I don't remember and those Dutch donuts don't help. My bro and I were on an all day lay over whilst on the way to Warsaw. It wasn't my first time or 2nd time in AMS but it was my 1st time at this pub.
