Want to compare their amateur careers?

Loma had 397 bouts ,losing just one.
How many have you found for Choynski?
    Common sense ain't that common!

    You're seeing one now!
Fleischer did not rate Ali in his top ten, care to comment on that?
    Fleischer has the following
    1.Johnson
    2.Jeffries
    3.Fitzsimmons
    4.Dempsey
    5.Corbett
    6.Louis
    7.Langford.
    8.Tunney
    9.Schmeling
    10.Marciano
    Do you agree with this?
ps Fleischer never saw Corbett or Fitz fight.

Charley Rose died in 1974, the year Ali won the title for the second time did he even see that fight?
He never saw Foreman regain the title.
    He never saw Ali v Frazier3 ,Norton3,Lyle,etc
He never saw the following fighters.
    Mike Spinks
    Leon Spinks
    Holmes
    Coetzee
    Thomas
    Tucker
    Douglas
    Bowe
    Dokes
    Shavers
    Holyfield
    Tyson
    Tate
    Lewis
    Joshua
    Wilder
    Fury
    Wladimir Klitchko
    Vitali Klitchko
    Page
    Ibeabuchi
    Tua
    Byrd
    Rahman
    McCall
    Moorer
How many of them would Corbett beat ?
Rose made his list in 1968 Here it is.
    1.Langford
    2.Johnson
    3.Dempsey
    4.Louis
    5.Jeffries
    6.Tunney
    7.McVey
    8.Marciano
    9.Corbett
    10.Baer
Again as well as those I have already named Rose hadn't seen the following in 68.
    Frazier
    Witherspoon
    Bruno
    Quarry
    Norton

NB Corbett was never in the second Jeffries fight,he had no business in a ring by then.
Here is the round by round fight report.

    https://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/...bett&y=4&x=17&dateFilterType=yearRange&page=1

NB. The Jackson fight went 61 rds and the fight was declared a no contest.
Nothing of any significance happened after the first half of the fight as both men were exhausted and too damaged.See below.
"The fight from the twenty-fifth to the sixty-first round was simply a standoff, no hard work being done. At the close of the sixty-first round the fight was stopped by the referee. The men were unfit to fight longer, and both were willing to stop. All bets were off, and the club holds on to the purses."

ps Have you slept it off now?lol

What a great sleep. First off a lot of fights back then weren't recorded. News was different. In a RING article stated he wouldn't rate ali in HIS top ten. No both Fleischer,Rose never saw a lot of fighters you mentioned they weren't able too. Most importantly I I have to stutter,I never rated any one ,these ring experts as yourself rated these men. YAWN ,you stated after 1st half of Corbett/Jackson fight no action occurred.Thats about 30 rounds ,ha ha that a little action. You tell me they didn't do anything for 30 rounds,he he he,they must have gotten sleepy too.

Tex Richard rated Dempsey @4,behind Johnson ,Jeff,Fitz ,he supposedly knew boxing. Dempsey was one of the first to do combo punching .Things advance in time.Babe Ruth is still a great in baseball.Could he hit a HR out of current Yankee stadium? Its hard to rate old timers against current stars. PEOPLE cant even predict wholl win the pennett this year.Fleischer PROBABLY rates these guys at the top because he was there. he knew Johnson Ketchell personally.People were togher back then. But training ,diet has advanced have abilities advance?

I'm not an expert on Boxing or anything else, just a fan of the sport. Adam Pollack has exhaustively researched Corbett's career for his biography of him,he has come up with no additional fights.
I'll take his extensive research over your speculation.I'm not telling you nothing happened after the first 27rounds, the ringside reporters are saying that!
You didn't answer my question below, care to do so now? Or will you duck it?

    Mike Spinks
    Leon Spinks
    Holmes
    Coetzee
    Thomas
    Tucker
    Douglas
    Bowe
    Dokes
    Shavers
    Holyfield
    Tyson
    Tate
    Lewis
    Joshua
    Wilder
    Fury
    Wladimir Klitchko
    Vitali Klitchko
    Page
    Ibeabuchi
    Tua
    Byrd
    Rahman
    McCall
    Moorer
    Frazier
How many of them would Corbett beat ?

Fleischer never saw Corbett or Fizsimmons fight, and if he saw Jeffries as he claimed ,it was only the come-backing Jeffries against Johnson.
You havent answered any of my questions, all you done so far is insult me ,and obfuscate a load of nonsense about baseball, because you know full well that:
1.Corbett has one of the shallowest resumes of any heavyweight champion.
2.His best win is over an alcoholic ,fat, nearly 34 champ who had not fought in 4 years and it still took him 26 rds to wear him down.
3.He was ko'd by a single body shot from a man weighing under 160lbs.
4.He ducked a re-match with Jackson instead defending against middleweight Mitchell who was well on the slide.
