Corey Spinks deserves some respect

    In his defence he probably thought he was up (and he was proven to be correct - by the judges at least). He was against a dude much stronger than him and a much harder puncher, that is a very dangerous time in the latter stages. He had nothing to gain by standing there and taking risks when he'd previously done a good job.

    I just don't see anything that bad in him. Sure he's ran a few times but many have at some point over their career. Hoya did the same against Trinidad. It's not like he regularly throws a single punch and then runs. He puts his punches together and regularly clocks 800. I just get the feeling people don't enjoy that he utilizes good footwork and head movement, and that he's not blessed with god given power. Kid just works with what he's got, boxing fans are a tough crowd.

    You love the sport and thus find it entertaining. Yes entertaining is subjective but boxing is all about entertainment
