    I appreciate your opinion, I have followed Floyds entire career. I maybe should have used another example instead of Pacman but I picked up on something with Floyd and I do think a pressure fighter who is relentless like Margarito would give us something totally different to talk about the morning after if this fight was ever made. I keep hearing Floyd fans telling us to refer to Baldomir vs Mayweather, Baldomir is a %ucking robot, you cant even compare Baldomir to Margarito. That last comment about Balswasn't aimed at what you wrote, just to point out...

    LOL Margo has a quite similar boxing style as Chop Chop. And enough speed to catch mayweather inbetween his punches.

    I agree, I think Margarito's range of punches would cause problems because he throws them to the body, up the middle, round the sides, he mauls you and I think Mayweather would have a hard time contending with that all night but I think Floyd will have his track shoes and will be running and sticking, at some point a fight would break out but I think Margo will bully him eventually, but it would be hard to pin down Floyd because he has perfected the art of survival. That skill would be in question if this fight ever took place

    you can't make comparisons between one fighter and another and make these assumptions. boxing doesn't work like that.

    if it did - margarito would have caught paul williams inbetween his punches more and won the fight.

    lol @ people trying to say that floyd can't take a margo body shot! when was the last time you saw a punch land and hurt floyd to the body? ahhhh never. he is more open to the head than to the body and thats saying something considering how tough it is to hit his head.

    Yes but he did and he hurt Paul Williams in that fight he just didn't get the decision and the way people keep talking about the Williams win over Margarito like if margarito got Ko'ed or something, he pitty pattered his way to victory, nothing special about that.

    noted. margo is totally different from pacman he punches from more angles but is slower. is see this fight playing out like his fight agianst corrales but without the knockdowns. PBf would have to lett everthing out if he fought margo and not hold anything back. ud for pbf just to quick to corner

    He would have to let everything out I agree but by doing so he would also be getting more tired the deeper the fight went especially with constantly having to throw big power shots to keep Margo off him where as he might have got away in the past with tapping his opponent to break his concentration up. I think in this unique circumstance Floyd would actually have to fight to win, and he would deflinetly get tested and I think Margarito would bring a completely different arsenal to the one Corrales did. Corrales was not throwing punches, Margarito would. I mean Corrales wasn't even letting his hands go often enough and became a static target. Margarito would be getting hit but he would be throwing back regardless.

    margo can be out boxed its not about hurting margo it's about offsetting and upsetting his rythm and workrate. cotto and cintron both went striaght back PW did this aswell . pbf does not go stright back when pressured he will give margo more angles then he's used to.

    the question is what will margo due when h's not able to pin PBF agianst the ropes . what will he do when pbf taggs him and is gone before he can connect. what will he do when he joggs after PBF to catch up with him and pbf is agiang out of range?

    will he get fustrated and just stand in the middle of the ring jesturing pbf to come closer . will he get mad and lose controll . what will he do?

    corrales was trying to but was offset by pbf punches. he even manged to corner pfbf a few times. yes margo would throw but how often would he connect

    Not to mention Margarito is a hell of a lot slower than corrales. Margarito telegraphs all of his punches. Clottey made him look like a ****ing idiot.
